Mr. Abuya Mogendi M. Is a seasoned legal professional, bringing over five years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. His commitment to the legal domain is marked by dedication, adaptability, and practical insight. He has demonstrated expertise in legal consultancy, advisory services, case preparation and research, statutory compliance, and handling conveyance transactions and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Salim Omar & Co. Advocates, Nakuru Chambers, Nakuru, Abuya has been instrumental in managing the firm's business operations. His responsibilities extend to establishing the law firm's structure, fostering team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve overarching company goals. Beyond his role within the firm, Mr. Abuya is actively involved in building the firm’s credibility through business development and exploring public relations opportunities. He is a distinguished speaker at various events, including webinars, media events, and marketing initiatives, further enhancing the firm's presence in the legal landscape.

Mr. Abuya’s academic journey is marked by notable achievements, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (ATP) from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from Moi University. Complementing his legal qualifications, he holds a Certified Public Secretary (CPS) Part 1 certification from the Kenya Accountant and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB). Abuya’s commitment to continuous learning is evident in his completion of an Advanced Human Rights Course on Policing and Vulnerability in Africa from the Centre for Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria, in September 2021.

Mr. Abuya possesses a diverse skill set, ranging from legal analysis, contract negotiation, and statutory compliance to litigation, drafting legislation, and legal consultancy. His proficiency extends to interpersonal communication, presentation, organizational skills, time management, prioritization, decision making, and IT literacy.
